What it promises
You see how much you can free before paying anything. Nothing is deleted without you: every deletion goes through iOS's confirmation and stays 30 days in Recently Deleted. An original video is never offered for deletion before its compressed version is saved and checked. The whole analysis runs on your iPhone. The app sorts your photo library, nothing more: no promise about your iPhone's speed.
